PRICE THREAD - Amplifiers Integrated and Pre/Power Amplifiers

I'm considering one of the Marantz PMs for my CD5004. Here are the quotes I have received:

From ARN Bangalore:

PM5004 - Rs.16500
PM6004 - Rs. 28000
PM7004 - Rs. 40000

From VIOLA Mumbai
PM5004 - Rs. 18000
PM 6004 - Rs. 32900

Would appreciate feedback on the prices (and the dealer). Also, should I be looking at the CAs since they are cheaper?

Where did you buy the NAD 326 from and what price? I am looking to buy the 326 also.

BTW, debzkool, Marantz is not made in India

Edit: Price on Hifimart of 5004 today is 16750/- so 1) Either price increase not known to debzkool or 2) Dealer offering @ 15k (Highly doubt) but pls do clear the same debzkool.

1) I am aware of where a Marantz is manufactured. I may be a newbie but I do my home work before posting/trying to help. Its just a list of the amps that I considered or looked into/gathered info on.
2) As far as no dealer offering the price is concerned, well I really don't have any profit involved or gain by quoting something arbitrary.
3) and why would I quote a price from hifimart when the entire world can access the info on their own??

I am still unable to understand why would someone want to misquote a price or make up a price when he has nothing to gain from it.

Was a little surprised when I saw the price quote, I did check the price of the pm5004 on hifimart and technoguru. Was considering a stereo setup and thought I will pick up the pm5004 for starters now since my budget is pretty limited.

Thomson Music House in 12th main, Indira Nagar is the dealer. I think the A300 is 24,000 and A500 is 29,000. Not very sure. But ball park.
