Well guys i have been offered at Rs.80,000/- all inclusive, delivery at my door.

I may conclude in next few minutes or so. I know i should wait for some time more, but what to do guys, i am keen, dressed up since morning, now my shoe is also biting.

Well santosh i did a dry run of buying at amazon via borderlinx, but the transaction got rejected, the detail is as follows.

Your credit card payment for the above transaction could not be completed. An issuing bank will often decline an attempt to charge a credit card if the name, expiration date, or ZIP Code you entered at Amazon.com does not exactly match the bank's information.

While this offer which i got for about 79,000/- the payment i can make directly to them and it will be door delivered to me. There is a small catch, with them, if that is handled then should i place them the order.

By the way i have told them that it should be sourced only from the seller from whom you had bought the projector.
 
80k is a good deal for the epson delivered to your home. Go for it. Should not matter where the dealer sources it from as long as it works on arrival.

Does 80k include bill and warranty?
 
I Am At Runway - Airbone Tomorrow Afternoon

Well i have just now closed the deal @ 81,000/- rupees, including all charges for door delivery in 12 days, the payment has to be done tomorrow afternoon.

I did wait during the day for you guys to throw up some deal for me but it did not work out, but i must salute the help you'll offered. They t quoted me higher price and some other shipper, but since sud, had given me the cost break up and santosh had told me his supplier's name, i insisted that they should fall in line accordingly.

I have traded with shopyourworld.com. It was one of the member who told me to go ahead with them because he had dealt with these guys for about 20 times, and the experience has been good so i took the cliff.

Do i need to abort the flight? Please guide.

I think we both are doing treking in our own way.

I am assuming that there will be a bill, because i am making the payment via debit card, and the warranty i will check with them tomorrow, but it has to have warranty maybe the projector has to be sent to America? I will check on this.

Well it is nice to know that you also want to join the bandwagon of epson projector, i have not used the black friday factor, you can get it whenever you want, that is a another story with each passing monthe the price will come down being a new model.

I will strongly suggest that import from an online store as many of the members are doing with great success, this way we can get at a very cheap price and the latest model, in many cases here the stores are selling 2 year old model's, this is shocking.

I will suggest you also consider to import from shopyourworld.com, but it is better that you and other members wait and see if i have had a good experience with them and then slowly members should take a plunge, one at a time. There is a member who has had good experience with them, on the other hand another member has dealt with them for about 20 times, and is too happy with them, while one member has not had a good experience. Indeed there are other good options like e-bay, amazon, borderlinx, etc.

Well many thanks for the congratulations, it is with you members support i am buying for the first time online, and i think henceforth i will always buy electronic and other items online because of the major benefits which no store can match here.

As said earlier, that around 10 years ago, i started buying mutual funds online, and i remember during those days and even today people are afraid and they physically fill forms to buy the units, the benefits of online are such that offline buy is as good as living in a cave.

Indeed if you and santosh were in town, the ball game would have been different, but then you know you people in spite of travelling have done enough for me, the kind of data you'll provided me was an important factor to conclude the deal with shopyourworld.com

Well i have managed to get a little cheaper price, but if i get something much cheaper then what i have been offered then i can consider to place the order elsewhere and compensate the store by buying something else, but i have to decide now, because in the next 45 minutes i will make the payment to them. I paid US$.1199/- while e-bay seller is at US$.1249, but it seems e-bay is with courier charges, is it correct?

Just now got an message from an reputed Ebay vendor from USA the shipping cost of Epson 8350 will be $149 insured with tracking to India..
