Hi Friends,
I am writing this post on behalf of my friend who recently purchased a WD TV Live (refurbished) media player from US.
The media player works for 2-3 minutes and then first then the display goes off and then the power LED goes off. If he would wait for 4-5 hours, the media player works again for 2-3 minutes before going off again.
He contacted WD customer care and they told him that the product was out of warranty and that they don't have any repair/services center. As per Western Digital, they just give replacement provided the product is under warranty. Out of warranty products are not serviced by them.
My friend needs help in knowing if there is a competent technician/repair person in Delhi/NCR who can repair it.
Any help would be highly appreciated.
