Replacing Wharf 9.2 with Tannoy Mercury v4

Friend !
I want to replace wharfdale 9.2 with Tanno Mercury V4. Reasons : I want better flexibility in their placement.(At present separation is just 4.5 fts. and I don't want to go for separate stands)
Pls. suggest if it will offer me improvement in audio quality as well. My AVR is 1611.

I think "Denom" has the Tannoy's connect with him and see if it is a viable option

Denon & Tannoy are not perfect match,but Q acoustic OR Paradigm can go well.Even Energy.check my review with 1912-

Tnnaoys does go well with Denon , pls do audtions before u make a choice. depends on listening moods of individual . .

Well details really are missed with F series,may be new V series can match.
