Ripping services for Vinyl and Tape

Hello,

I am new to the forum, but have been using the forum's knowledge for a while to learn about what people have been listening to and places to shop etc.

My FIL lives in bangalore and he has a bunch of old LPs - mostly hindi films. I am interested in converting them to FLAC, but since I live in US, dont have the resources or time to do this on my visits. I am looking for advise or services you may know who can convert these gems to high quality audio.
