I am sure a new panel will cost almost a new 32 inch TV or maybe even more. That is the way this thing works.

Therefore if the panel is damaged, look for buying a new 32 inch TV .

Not sure you are referring to the panel or power supply. If it is panel then forget about replacing and buy a new TV. If it is power supply module then it can be repaired or replaced.

Last february my samsung led pcb was blown. Called technician. He said there is some problem in the pcb as well as main board which has all hdmi...av....pc..etc inputs. The replacement of both the boards costed me around 6500/- all inclusive. If your panel is damaged i think you will have to be looking at a new tv.
