Samsung S3 from Bangkok/Singapore/Dubai

I would like to buy Samsung S3 (black color, 2GB RAM Model).

I have friends coming from Bangkok, Dubai, Singapore in the next two months.

Which is the best place to buy

I am also planning to buy Seagate Central HDD (3TB / 4TB), I think it will be cheap at Bangkok.

Is it cheaper in Bangkok / Singapore / Dubai ? Also warranty will be an issue. How much is the S3 going to cost you ?
