I had placed an order for a 50W , 220V to 100V transformer .. for a Japanese turntable .. the payment went through— even received an email from razor pay— but their website weirded out and i never got any acknowledgment or a message confirming the order .. later a friend in Chennai said it was a public holiday today so maybe that’s the reason why the landline is not being picked up..I intend to call them again tomorrow…

normally they take minimum 24 hours to reflect to the invoice process. dropped a DM. please check.
