Hi
I went through old threads in the forum on this topic and have some basic ideas. The problem currently is the disturbance caused by vehicles on the road, fortunately no low freq sounds. It doesn't have to be perfect but every bit is helpful as long as it is not very expensive.
  • I will change the windows to double panel with some kind of heat insulation.
  • I read of some kind of tiles which absorb the noise, are they available online as my small town isn't up to date on these matters?
  • Put some thick carpets and curtains?Any online recommendations without breaking pocket?
Thanks for info and any pointers from those who have tried it.

For excellent sound that won't break the bank, the 5 Star Award Winning Wharfedale Diamond 12.1 Bookshelf Speakers is the one to consider!
