Speaker wire for Home theatre

Hi to all,

I am from chennai.... I am having Sony STR-K750P AVR and JBL SCS 150SI speaker. I would like to purchase speaker cable to connect my speakers to AVR.

can any body suggest good speaker cable to get optimum sound perfomance ?

my room size is 15 x 10 ft.

alsl tell where do I get cables in chennai ?
