Suggestions for light weight rear speakers

So no suggestions as such for light weight rear speakers :(. Will my receiver be able to drive fine Onkyo SKR 4700 (87 db)? Yamaha NS-P60 though in budget; will be really heavy as they are 2.2 kgs each.

@SIDEWINDER18X

Is this the one you are referring? http://www.jbl.com/estore/jbl/in/products/Control-One/CONTROL ONE_JBL_IN

Just read the specs and they seems to be 8 ohms, but at 2.4 Kgs each.

Is this the one you are referring? Control One | 200-watt, 4" two-way bookshelf loudspeakers | JBL India

Go for Space as mentioned. A feather weight speaker USUALLY has cheap components and doesn't sound as good

I could not find it online anywhere; any suggestions? The image you posted looks similar to Astonia audio .

These are from astonia; I wonder all of them looks so similar.

These do not happen to have tweeters though.

Can't quite follow what is your definition of "light weight" speakers. 2.2 and 2.4 kg IS lightweight by any standard. Like Sidewinder said, anything lighter and you would probably be just throwing your money away. This weight will have no issues with wall mounting. My Zensor 1 speakers (4.2 kg) are wall mounted. The P60 sats or the JBL Control 1 would really suit your purpose.
Another suggestion. You could get floorstanders from Yamaha for the fronts and put the sats for the rears. Some of them do seem to have specs to be timbre matching. As a bonus, music on the setup will sound better. Do audition before you buy!!

I decided on two inputs I got from this thread; genie 1 or jbl control 1. Both in my range of 8K.

This looks interesting though; let me check if its still available. Ant idea; how uch a new pair cost?

Thanks

Guys,

A bit change; how about I will use the existing front in rear; buy BS for front, and later replace the center.

The current speakers works fine. for both movies and music.

But I noticed that the highs at times over power the mids. I am not sure if I am describing it correctly; but I felt the dialogues are a bit thin. Especially in music. I was thinking if it could be because the speakers are actually meant to be used as effect speakers and not as front speakers.

The recommended pairing with the center is Yamaha 8390 (For 16 K approx), but I do not really have space to accommodate them.

So any recommendation for a good BS speakers for Yamaha 373? Can the receiver drive wharfdale diamond 10.2? (I already have a sub)

Any other recommendations? (I am going to mount the front to wall; so rear ported is not an option)

Thanks

Finally did following,

Tweaked equalizer to handle the thinness in mids, and bought JBL control one for rear(they are huge). I recently ordered a speaker floor stand from ebay; so hence could use control one. (they are heavy for sure).

Thanks for all the helps guys.

One question still remain; can v373 drive wharfdale diamond bookshelfs and center (next update after cooling period ;)).
