Suitable driver for Paradigm PDR12 Active Subwoofer

Can someone help me to find a suitable driver that can fit into the paradigm PDR12 Sub. It has a 12 inch driver that is damaged. Will any 12 inch driver will do? I tried with sony 12 inch car sub and the sound was horrible.

Any help will he highly appreciated.

Why don't you contact the Paradigm and ask for replacement driver.

My very sentiments. The plate amp, measurements etc would have been calculated based on this driver so would not suit any driver even though sizes in inches are same.

I am sure Kanwar and other experts in this forum can provide better advice.
