How does that work? Older than 15 years cars legally?

In Karnataka, after 15 years, it is allowed to go for FC for every 5 years. I got the 1st FC done in 2022. Till 2027 no need to worry. The Car is well maintained and in very good condition, all most like Show Room condition. Small and cute, wellmade for City ride. No idea of scrppaing or selling; instead I got it upgraded with Touch screen entertinement system, Dashcams, Reverse Camera and Allloy wheels.
