Both are very similar kind of movies and enjoyed both of them.

Jockey :The story is based on intense rivalry, pride, and the emotional bond between humans and goats within rural village culture (madurai)
The movie has high-quality cinematography and sound design, which enhances atmosphere of the arena (goat fight) The performances and direction is strong and makes it a good watch. 3.5/5

Vadam (tamil)
Again a rural story based on the jalikattu sport and a strong bond between a man and a bull.
This movies takes about 45 mins to build up.
Again here performances are strong with top class sound design and technical aspects
3.5 /5

Though both movies were similar enjoyed both of them.
If you like rural sport movies with some dramatic twists, a bit of romance,and which is technical good - go for it
