buddy have you listen to paradigm ct 100 or the definitive procinema 600 in UK or anywhere ?

and how much was the high end denon 3312 and 2312 in UK ?

and yeah you got the 1912 at a steal away price, here in india its almost double

also since I own denon 1612, there is a unique feature of denon for music called restorer, I am sure you had tried, there are 3 presets which greatly enhances the music, I liked it a lot

Denon 3312 is 600 GBP and 2312 is 480 GBP havent heard the paradigm or procinema will look it up :licklips:

indian price are looting us here, they both are almost double the price here in india

thanks for the info though and its best to get a AVR from UK than US since it will work out of the box no need any step up down etc

also read in avsforum that after you have done ur audyssey setup, there is a option called reference offset, this should be set to '0' for movies and '10' for music, there are other settings as well to make music sound really nice

I am quite happy with what denon has to offer compared to onkyo or yamaha (i never liked yamaha)

By the way .. do you know which thread i can look up, so that if i have 7 speakers i can use 2 for dedicated music in zone 2 ?

was just looking at 1912 specs and its back panel pictures, it doesn't seems to have a pre out for zone 2 like 2312 and 3312 model rather the 2 amp channels are assignable

So far zensor vokal ... klipsch sb 450 have made my buying list... what do i get for the fronts go all dali? ... but ms avaino 6 seems to be compelling... shame i cant carry fs speakers or sub back home .. this is torture cant even buy what i want .. but this is fun actually the thrill of the chase.. im loving it..
So what do i need for a dedicated music setup zone 2 or an amp.. lets keep reading.. dont want a cdp .. so far i have spent 458 gbp 200 further for vokal =658 .. im looking at another 50 k i guess for sub plus fs fronts taking my expense to 1 lac without cables ,set up ,woodwork .. man am i in too deep

No turn table for me will go home and see if i can dig up dads old one .. think ill get a net top a ssd and 2gb ram and the zensor vokal and bid adieu to the uk in 2 months wat say friends?

I was talking about aviano 6s.. but oddly listened to ca azur 651 stereo amp winth ms aviano 2 and ipod denon1912 dali zensor1s sounded much better.. it even makes me wat to think why do i even need a stereo amp.. now i need to listen to Dali zensor.5 fs speakers..

Lowest price on AV gear is gurranteed at Richer Sounds.
The Denon 1912 is 289 GBP there now. They are a chain of stores so there are many stores all over UK like Best Buy in US. Lot smaller but they seem to be the most trusted hifi retailers.
