The perfect Denon 1912 set up

yeah checked that, 1912 is now 269 GBP, but I dont see the high end ones like 2312 and 3312, any idea where can I find those

hey have u done the audyssey setup on ur 1912 ? and did u try the networking stuffs like dlna, airplay and yeah the ipod, android app

I have done audessey and hence the superb sound quality probably.. they are just beautiful, refined and elegant.One thing is true Dali speakers are built in Admiration of Music. I heard the MS Aviano 2s which are 250 gbp 100 gbp more epensive with stereo ampCa 651 a 449 GBP .. i must say the Denon avr and Dali combo sounds much better .. call me biased but to me its true.

yeah I support ur view on this, and with 1912, it has the superior audyssey multeq XT which is found is very costly onkoy AVRs, and it makes a lot of difference is sound quality

I also heard the dali once , its amazing

cost is probably 389 or 379 it was around 80 90 pound higher than 1912 during christmas but i iddnt check the price last saturday

and how abt 3312...and yeah if someone travel to UK on a business VISA and get one of these to india, can the UK VAT be claimed? any idea

yes UK vat can be claimed , but the person cannot retrun to uk for one year after the vat claim.. i didnt look at 3312 at all mate.. its was beyond my thought

Finally got someone to carry this superb unit from the UK. What a steal considering prices in india, almost 50%!!! Now i have a technical question, not sure where to post but putting it here considering its related to the Denon 1912.
I guess its possible for me to connect my laptop via HDMI to HDMI input to the 1912 and then connect ARC HDMI out to my 3D tv to have video on to the TV and Audio through the 5.1 channel?

connecting laptop to avr via hdmi has been reported a lot of handskahe issue and do not work flawlessly, but if you have a latest laptop with good graphics card, try doing that, and ARC HDMI means TV audio to come to AVR (the other way round).
