USB EHD (also 3d)playing Home theatre system??

Hi guys,

i have bought Sony 40 HX750 3d tv.unfortunately it doesn't support playing content from my external hard drive..i have lots of 3d content in my hard drive(hsbs,.mp4 and .avi format movies) .it plays in lcd Sony t.v's but not in sony led's..it doesnot even play in sony blu ray home theater system via mu EHD..can u suggest a home theatre system where i can play my 3d content via usb EHD. ?

Get a 3d media player like Himedia 900B. Even an entry level media player will play hsbs 3D.

not exactly,praveen..bcos himedia 900b costs about 13k in ebay and not avialble in india..but if i pay 17k,i can get PHILIPPs 3d home theatre(plays from my ehd)(1000w)..10k if i go for 300W philipps home theatre system.. im looking for a cheaper way to play 3d movies from my E.H.d in my sony t.v..not thru computer using HDMI cable..if i buy a blu ray player ..im wasting money with the blu ray thing bcos im sure i wont be puuting a single BD disc in it..

also pls tell me whether sony hx750 plays from ehds in EX-FAT format,rather than NTFS format?

can u suggest any hometheatre systems(with speakers) which can play 3d content via ehd..? the reason im stressing on home theatre is dat i get the amp,spekers and it will cost 10k-20k,also i got to know philipps plays from ehd's..the problem with the media player is dat..just the media player alone costs 11k..!!

htibs min cost will be onk 3400 or yam 196 may be 25k around...check the specs of both for 3d support.....cheap media players like asus o play mini around 3.5k around is avilable but dont have idea about 3d capability of it

All media players will play SBS 3D. So it is a good idea to get the Oplay Mini.

I have not tested it personally, but many forum members like sam9s have confirmed that even entry level players can play sbs 3d. They won't play frame sequential 3d like in 3d blu-rays. Most of the downloaded 3d rips are sbs.
