WD 500 GB POrtable hard disk issue

Hi All,

Need Advice. I have a WD 500GB HD which I use with my Seagate FAT+. my daughter dropped the hard disk by mistake :sad: and since then all movies stored in the hard disk are getting struck while playing (it was not the case before). How do i rectify the issue.
The video files are in .iso format.:sad: and none of the movies are playing correctly.
Please advise.

If you drop a hard disk and the movies are not playing well, it means that the hard disk is failing. I don't know if there is anything you can do about it (perhaps you can try dropping it again in exactly the same manner). If it is within warranty period try getting it replaced. What you need to do is to back-up the data you have on the hard disk before it conks out completely. Do this imediate-lee, and very, very kwik-lee, like Bruce Lee...
