Where to get Stevenson Protractor in Thick Board?

Hi friends , I want to get the 'Stevenson Protractor' for S type tone arm, printed on a board(laminated) in the thickness of 1.5mm as of the standard vinyl record. Where to get online? I can download and take the print out, but making the 'spindle hole' will not be as perfect, so that the alignment will not be the correct. Please share your ideas. Thank you.
