Which Projector for HT.

Hi Friends ,
I have started building my HT and now looking for projector.

I can get BenqW1070 from UK for 64000 , Is it a good deal or should i spend 20K-30K more and buy either Mits hc 4000 (81K approx) or Epson 3600 (90K).

Benq will not have any warranty , rest will have warranty.

My max budjet is 90K but i don't want to spend unnecessary amount. Lesser the better .

I have had excellent experience with Mits HC4000. However it is an old projector- meaning the it has been out for at least three years
