Why people still using Turntables

Music in most forms is not pure sine wave. A pure sine wave is very boring and piercing to listen to (and so used for calibrating equipments and audio-video transmission links). Music is a combination of lots of harmonics.

Ah yes, would "harmonics along a pure sine wave" be more accurate?

Analogue all the way from source to the ears, with as few components as possible. A well matched player, amp (preferably tube) and speakers (preferably single full range) produces music that simply cannot be matched!
