Xiaomi to launch Mi TV Q1 75" on 23rd March - QLED, 192 Zones, 120Hz

Would the frame 65” for eg have similar issues?
Every modern TV bro. The better the Tv , the more is the stuttering. Only slow TV's like plasma can be perfect in motion of 24p content. Some people notice more. My sister or parents can't while I scratch my head. Internet is literally filled with this.

Is this specific to Tata sky HD or airtel HD will work as well. Asking as I have the airtel hd connection but hardly switched it on over the past year. However if the stream on my airtel is better I would definitely use it at least for all my football needs.

Any DTH will do, Airtel HD is also fine.

Mini led Quantum dots with eye searing brightness. All of these bells and whistles to match one ultimate TV factor - contrast.
Contrast is plenty nice on good FALDs like MI TV Q1 n QN90A with both crossing the static contrast ratio (ANSI chekerboard pattern test) of 10,000:1 n even reaching 26:000:1. Now Vincent Teoh n other experts have previously stated that normal human eye starts struggling to distinguish beyond the static contrast ratio of 3600 :1 .

High brightness whether for impactful HDR or in a very bright sunlit room is always an huge benefit. As for searing brightness in a dark room one always has the option of reducing the backlight n switching off the dynamic contrast, adjusting the Gamma.

In dark environment our eyes dynamic range can be even as high as 1,000,000:1. So great black level increases perception of depth and realism.
But when there is a bright light in our field of vision this dynamic range can drop as low as 1,000:1.

I concur n also retriate that high performing FALDs have great black levels in a dark room environment, not exactly OLED level black but pretty close.

It has a bleeding haloing effect also. Plus you see the grey blacks in title and credits scene

Maybe the older gen FALDs pre 2018 had backlight bleeding issues but most of the high end FALDs except LG nanocells don't suffer from any obvious haloing or grey black subtitles or credits, yes when viewed off axis in a pitch dark room there is some haloing/ bleeding but then most of us watch our TV pretty much from a central position.

The LG FALDs have this issue because they use IPS panels. Apple's new iPad pro with miniLED also has such bad blooming because of this reason. If they used a miniLED with VA panel the halo would have been much lower.

FALD does improve the native contrast ratio of a panel but it can't completely remove the effects if the blacks are IPS level bad.
