40 inch TV for budget of 50-55k and 24-26 inch TV for 20k budget

I am going to buy new TV this Diwali. My budget is not more than 55k for 40 inch as I will be investing another 7-8 for BD Player and 20k for another TV. Also where I can get best deals in Mumbai.

Also it is advisable to buy TV's from eBay sellers which give Seller's Warranty ??

Would be watching mainly for news channels and daily soaps.
