47" W800 Sony 3D BRAVIA TV vs 46" F6400 Samsung Series 6 TV

Been very confused between these two TV's, which one would you guys advice?

Hi, I'm here looking for a solution to buy a new led TV. I'm currently confined my search to 3 TVs. 1) Sony KDL-46W950a 2) Samsung UA46F7500 3) Panasonic TH-L50DT60D. Panasonic doesn't have Active 3D so looses few points on it. Sony on the other hand looses points on Motion control and Voice recognition. Samsung though are good in all these aspects but have sold a lot of crap out of name..

Please suggest
