About to buy Sony 32w600 today - suggest pleae

Hi friends, I'm just visited the local shop yesterday and almost decided to go for it around 35K in Kolkata. View couple of other lg/Sammy options but like the Sony one. Please suggest it's features for this price, or any other alternative. Thanks a lot.
