Are warranties for stuff bought from fairdeal and alfa stores in Mumbai valid?

What would you suggest between marantz 5012 and denon x3400h?

I would pick the Marantz over the Denon anyday....

Both are made by D & M Holdings.....Marantz SR series uses more superior components and has a nice warm signature.....

I use one AVR for both HT use and even Stereo Music.....

Thanks , i need a 7.1 for my living room. I should go with marantz 5012 only thing more attractive i found about denon x3400h was xt32 vs marantz xt calibration. But i suppose it wont make huge difference.

Yes it wont make that much of a diff.....

Huge difference in prices is a sales call between dealers and distb...hence you find varying rates.....check for the best rate and purchase
