I am dealing with USK electronics and they seem to be very keen to push Optoma.
According to them BenQ does not offer onsite warranty and you will have to carry the projector to the service center.
I checked BenQ warranty terms on their site

It reveals projector has onsite warranty and goes on to state "27 months from the date of manufacturing or 24 months from the date of
invoice (POP) whichever is earlier"
