Fedex delivered a very damaged driver which I purchased from USA. After
complaining to them they initiated an investigation and promised to
send me a reply. Some of you already know about this incidence.
I was told it will take very long time for the investigation. Now I have
contacted them regarding the investigation, they stamped my email
as SPAM and told me that they do not have any information on this
shipment as they do not keep shipment data for more than three months.
This is not expected from a premium courier service like FEDEX.
SO BEWARE of such fraud...
