Yes, they are called jumpers. Cable companies sell "audiophile" jumpers too.I have owned bi wire speakers B&W LSA statements Axiom etc., which enabled biwiring. The little metal connectors between high low frequencies enabled single wired cables output as much as specific bi wired cables from MIT, Nordost, etc. so in my view, unless the speakers are internally bi wired there isn't much benefit. Open up a bi wired speaker and see for yourself.
