The seller on Hi Fi ads is selling a 5.1 setup which includes the sub.along with remaining 6 years warranty! ..when you compare the specs of F12 vs H100ii..there is a difference in looks, voice coil, output power and frequencies...the H100ii goes more lower than the F12.
If you import from the US, it will work out cheaper but you need to factor warranty etc. Conversion adapters to make the 110v sub work etc.
