Did foam lining on speaker compartments to isolate them...
Covered the baffle front with black cloth as a bridge gap arrangement, till i finish the foam on baffle.
Fabricated new brackets for screen mounting with more gap, to accommodate 50mm foam.
New brackets:
32 density pink foam:
Lining done on three compartments:
Tight squeeze for the speaker cabinets:
Baffle covered with black cloth:
Mounted the screen:
