Buy 4" subwoofer in delhi ?

Replacing sub on a 2.1 speaker. 4" subwoofer, 4 Ohm .
Is lajpat rai market a good option ? Any particular shops that are known to have these ?

Which 2.1 are you referring to? Is it a Creative kind computer speaker? If yes, in my opinion you would be better off just buying a new 2.1 speaker set instead of going through the repair/replace route.
