Graphic Equalizers: Yamaha EQ-70 vs Marantz EQ551

Hello need help !! :sad:

I have a choice to buy any of these below mentioned Graphic Equalizers. I would like to know from the experts from this forum as to which is the best choice. If some pro & cons can be provided I would be grateful. Highly appreciate some assistance.

Yamaha - Natural Sound Graphic Equalizer EQ-70
Marantz - EQ551 Graphic Equalizer-Spectrum Analyzer

Thanks BablooJawalkar for the crisp input. The purpose of the equalizer if not for every single tape or CD I listen to but for some specific tapes & CDs I would still prefer to have a equalizer.

Thanks reubensm for the input through the PM. I've replied back for the valuable input. However in my case the Marantz pricing is much cheaper than the Yamaha. So I will check the demo of Marantz.
