After weeks of searching finally got a guide on best value speaker that i can build for the money, the needle has dayton rs100 drivers and from what i have heard in one of the sound demo in youtube i think it's going to be really good.

My question is about the filter used in parallel with the drivers,as my knowledge of electronics is poor can someone explain which components should be used to get the best sound possible.

Very good choice. You can try Resistor: 2.7R, Inductor: 0.45 mH and Capacitor: 18 - 22 uF

Thanks,

These are excellent speakers and their parameters are consistent with the listing.
I am using a pair of 4 ohm as a widebander actively in my car high passed at 315hz/12 db slope in a 1.6 liter fiberglass enclosure in the dashboard.

Because of its low f/s and high xmax, in the design you have linked, it can go low upto atleast 120 hz before rolling off. Even though the highs are reasonably sufficient, the roll off begins at 10khz and there is no audible response beyond 12/13 khz.
I would highly recommend adding the Dayton mini AMT crossed at around 10khz or the Vifa ring radiator crossed at arond 13khz to get the airiness to the setup.
Its midrange and lows are exceptional, and frankly I would dissuade you from using any crossover parts in it as its on-axis response is very smooth. Just do flush mounting and taper the edges of the enclosure and give it a listen before going ahead with the crossover.

An even better design will be a 2-way setup using this with the Dayton RS180-4 for pure midbass duty. Audio nirvana guaranteed.
