help selecting hob and hood.

I am looking for some good hob and hood. I am so confused on which brand to go with :sad:. faber, kaff ? please note, that I am just installing but would be using it once in a blue moon. I am an NRI and we come for a month or two every year.
so want a brand that would be reliable and whose services would be good.

To be frank, do not invest for a once in a while blue moon use.

Fix a normal electric stove or a normal gas burner stove.

Use the money for something better or invest that money in an FD and buy a top of the line HOB once you are back permanently or bring something from abroad when you shift permanently.

Just my 2 cents.
