Home Theater Under 1L

I am looking for setting up a home theater in my lving room. Budget is 1L.
The size of the room is 18*25.

Please suggest some good combination of speakers and Amp.

KEF E 305 with Denon X1000
Price is 1,23,900

KEF T205 with Denon X1000
Price is 1,59,900

I found KEF E 305 to be better.

Please suggest any other combination /Brand which is VFM .
