I am setting a home theater room in my new house.
(room size H- 315cm, L- 780 cm, W - 315 cm)

I got quote from one for the following...
EPSON EPSON EH-TW 5200 Rs. 98699

LOGIC LOGIC PROJECTOR SCREEN SPECTRA SERIES 120" Rs.30000
ONKYO 7.1 HT IN BOX HTS5600B Rs.66000


Please suggest any other better option, which saves some money.

I have looked Harman Kardon AVR 151 + JBL 510/300/500 5.1 Speaker or Harman Kardon HKTS 5 BQ - 5.1

Or any other option.. My preferred budget 75000 K

What's your location? The quote for TW5200 is too high. Search in the forum for recent price..should be around 80k max.

TW 5200 is quite an old model, there is no way you should be paying more than 78k for it and that i received from some vendor in the recent past.

I am setting a home theater in kerala, Now I'm in uae,

I Got Epson projector from here (dubai) for about INR 50K...


AVR and speakers also price less here while comparing to the quote I receive... but need to pay customs duty around 30 to 35 %..

I had no Idea before how to set a home theater.. Here I found some useful tips...

I Cheked the Harman Kardon receiver with jbl speakers, songs they played was nice to hear. What you guys say about that model..?
