Apparently INRECO is about to release 2 Tamil LPs, one of which is an Illayaraja collection. It is being produced by Sony France and production is almost over.
Heard this from a source.

This should be on 45 rpm stereo . It is a blast then . I have mint condition records of Priya . May be we can transfer to spool via a flat amp and then Remaster .

I think DSD transfer will be better.

What about amarrass records? Inreco had a plan to release an LP in tamil for Priya but no news. what we need is access to masters and physical rights. I know we are threading on a thin line . But the thirst for vinyl never dies. there seems to be lot of vinyl listeners for tamil songs pertaining to ilayaraaja . new film songs no idea at all. Still lets keep the pot boiling so we can try to do some revival.

Think Music released Varshangallukku Shesham Vinyl (Malayalam) and I got one. Looks like it was pressed in Poland. I got INRECO Vinyl of Raaja's Sir Combo pack from Amazon India and got it shipped over to the US.

Please do let us know about the INRECO audio quality after you receive it. I plan to pick up some INRECO vinyls too, but not sure about their audio quality.

Hi! Looks like no movement on this thread. Happy to have Inreco realeasing Tamil vinyls. But is far and few in releases. We need releases from other music directors. Notice that Bollywood music vinyls releases are more current than the one we get for Tamil music. Was hoping a ground up initiated would kick start Tamil music vinyls. Especially, if we have forum members who are involve in the music or movie industry.
