I guess we have the quorum. How does the second week of August sound (6-10th)? I would avoid the next week because of Independence day. If 6-10th doesn't work (either for anyone here or for Bosch), shall I ask for the week starting 20th?

I am planning to call him on Tuesday.

August 6-10th is fine by me. Aug 20 is a public holiday, so you may have to push it further.

Just had a chat with the training manager. He was in a training program and asked me to call him back on Monday. Apparently, the July schedule is full so we are looking at a date in the next month.

Once the corum is finalized, please inform us on what is provided by Bosch and what we need to carry (if any). Also the venue too. I know two of their offices - one near Adugodi and another in Electronics city (Parappana Agrahara Jail Rd)

Talked to the manager again. He said he needs some time to think over it and get back.

He also mentioned that he cannot accommodate more than twelve people in the session. So it is unlikely everyone will be able to make it this time.

Assuming he is ok with the idea, I will shoot for 17th Aug (Friday). If that doesn't work, then any day except Monday in the next week.

Happy to see ppl coming forward in DIY, Even am really crazy about Speaker Collection and have observed that the Quality of the Material used in Speakers(Appox)Before 80's seems really good and now due to the heavy market ,even some Jaints like B&W,KEFetc are started to use the cheap or inferior components. Hence i love to join the Group,Pls accept my request

Also please update if there any Field visit to speaker manufacturing unit getting planned,we can just promise the Company to buy and craft the speakers form them, in case we start building the speakers for Own

Finally, some hope. He told me he has blocked a Friday for us but didn't remember the exact date. He is on leave today and tomorrow and has promised to call me back once he gets back to office.

Finally, some good news. The training is scheduled on the 31st of Aug (Friday). We will need 10 people to make the quorum. The maximum number is 12. Since I have to send him the names of all the people who will be attending by the end of this week, I suggest you post here (or PM me) if you are certain to make it.

For outstation folks. Since you are going to spend your time and money to attend it, I would like to insert the 'caveat attender' clause I am in no position to guarantee the quality of the training. If the training disappoints you, don't blame me.
