A turnout of at least 45+ should be a decent figure to shoot for-right now we have reached 27 and counting.

For working out the cost per person, keep in mind that the sponsors would be bringing their own teams, at least 5 per sponsor on an average.

We have a problem conducting the meet on May 19th since one of us has a work related issue that day. Accordingly we are looking at all options, including a scaled down event on the original date- Sunday April 28th. We will update you on our plans once have have some clarity, but definitely no later than tomorrow.

As George mentioned earlier, we will go ahead with a scaled down meet on Sunday, 28 April at Anutone in Indranagar. We plan to have two commercial members namely Analogue Audio Labs and Acoustic Portrait. Will confirm list of gear over the next few days.

Anyone indicating their interest after my email of yesterday will be waitlisted-we are still unclear about exactly how many people can be accommodated, we will update shortly, after talking to the people at Anutone. Raghu of Anutone who is our contact person is out of India and we are unable to reach him, so I hope to go over and meet them either today or tomorrow.
