JAMO S426 along with Yamaha RX-V371

Hay all , I am planning to take JAMO S426 along with Yamaha RX-V371 in near future . what you think guys it is good decision , my living room size is 13 by 15 , ratio 80 Music & 20 movies.
My Budget is 40 K. or let me know any other option . in floor standing speakers.
Please suggest me a shop which will give me a good deal in Mumbai .
Is is worth to buy from gray market ?? and where is gray market in Mumbai. ??

Hey Keegan,

I picked up theS426 floorstanders a week ago & they are very decent. The drivers are sort of broker -in & are sounding much better now. Sadly, you can't audition them in their full glory anywhere. I would say these speakers are better for movies than music. Bass on these are cool, u can defer your plan for a sub for quite sometime. If you're fond of bookshelfs, just pick up the Wharfedale Diamond 10.2 or 9.2. Are you planning for a 5.1 or just the two towers?

just wanna go for towers .any other option ?? i love music than movies. what do you think about ONKYO TX-SR304E with S426.

I haven't auditioned the Onkyo. It's hard to find many FS in that price range. Try Mordaunt Short. Not sure about their pricing though, heard it's sort of cheap. If you can stretch your budget to say 27-30k, go for Wharfedale Diamond 9.5 FS. They are just amazing for movies and music alike.
