Is that a display piece or what I dont think those models are coming now as they are discontinued. You should be able to get a good bargain if there is still stock... But why not go for recent models with Bravia Engine 3 and other latest features.

Well buying a display piece is has good as buying secondhand but with warranty this is 08 model .But at 20k its certainly better then the T550 or the current BX300.
In a blank screen put the backlight to max & see if there is any inconsistency ,whether you get a uniform blank screen.

Well the screen brightness should be uniform across the screen.
Oh...is this usually a prob with sony V series tv or u r tellin in general so that i knwo i m gettin the right product ?
