Maximum DIY contents in the whole rig and never sounded this good….

What's the DC resistance of the OPT you are currently working with? In my OPT i am using the 2.7kohm tap which has around 9H inductance and around 95 ohm DCR.

Currently all iron for next channel is connected. Will share measured specs of iron of the next project. It's a 300B PP IT coupled without feedback and permalloy core. I guess DATs V3 will come handy for the job.

Is this a single ended pentode? Whats the plate dissipation of this tube? What's the input tube here? This looks very interesting.

Yes, both RS1003 and F2A shine with distinct vocal tonality and very linear frequency bandwidth with exemplary HF and LF in Pentode mode with a little bit of GBF, about 6-8 dB. F2a plate dissipation is 30W and RS1003 is 60W.

9 and 15 wpc max output is doable in respective tubes with well designed power supplies and bias. However it calls for focus on components selection and ratings.

The input tube both in F2A and RS1003 SEP is Russian version of 6J5, called 6S2S.

Third iteration of F2A SEP will be driven by 6E6P-E, triode strapped.

Ain't 30w tube dissipation for the F2a on the higher side? This will reduce tube life significantly. In comparison my KT88 tube dissipation is just 13 watts at 60mA bias current. This allows no tube changes for a life time.

Those are maximum plate dissipations. Anything under 25 for F2A is fine for music. It's a very long life, rugged tube rated at even 30 watts.
