I searched the wed pretty deep and these are the ones that popped up given my tight budget:
Creative t6160- but low power output of 50w
F&d 3000u - the best bet based on what i read...but cant trust fully coz i've never used f&d products before
Zebronics zeb-sw7000r...zebronics i do not expect to deliver much "quality" sound but is it worth the price?? Read some reviews of it being the best value for money product.
Logitech x540- have no idea on how they sound but seems to sound good...

Please suggest a 5.1ch system for me to buy in the alotted price range...i just ordered a set of Harmann Kardon Soundsticks 3....2.1 configuration configuration speakers...so please stick to the 5.1ch and the tight budget.

P.s. i plan to buy 2 of the 5.1 ch systems...so...
Will it be better to stick with one 200$ system or 2x 100$ systems??
I want a greater number of satellites to get a fuller sound experience...:D

You will only get crap 5.1 in this budget. A good 2.0 is better than a crap 5.1. You won't even get a decent 2.0 in this budget but going for $200-300 2.0 is your best bet.

And don't go after power output, all of them are extremely over rated. I doubt any of them would be more than 2W per channel of quality power. 25W ch of good stereo is so loud that it will rock you in just 20-30% volume with extreme clarity.
