Mp3 Player buying advice

I want a small portable mp3 player with decent sound output preferably AAA size battery powered with card slot? Is anything available in the market, apart from cheap chinese stuff?

Well sansa clip+ is small,cheap and has a card slot but it has inbuilt battery. You can google up for the sound quality reviews.

I doubt that there are many good portable media players these days with aaa battery.

+1 for Sandisk Sansa Clip+ ...small, holds charge well, can be easily rockboxed and excellent neutral sound. You can get it in ebay.in

the best feature of this player is neutral ,flat frequency curve.....with proper earphones it will ROCk....just the soundstage is not as good as ipod but details are awesome
