Dear Members,

I have finally decided to chuck the idea of going for HTiB solution for my HT needs :)

I have Decided to buy a reciever and FS upfront and later add center, surrounds and Sub

After Auditioning Wharfedale 9.5 , Polk tsi 300 , Paradigm Monitor 7 ver.5
JBL es80

i am inclined towards Polk.....However i would prefer Tsi 400 over tsi 300...

Reciever : Denon 1312 .

Experts please advice whether this would be the right move forward in building a quality system :)

Sound signature of preference is a personal thing. I liked Paradigm Monitor 7V6 and hated Polk Tsi400 for my sterio setup.

hey paritosh,

did u get the Paradigms ? hw mch did u get den for...

i like the polks fr its vocals clarity supplemented with punchy bass...

Paradigms are good but lil too soft on ma ears ...again depends on one's pereference...:)

paradigms are slightly overbudget fa me :(

Still to have them installed, my Paradigm Monitor 7 V6 are going to cost me 47k less 10%disc....

Yeah.. I know what you're thinking.. but that's the price I paid for being in Gujarat where hifi is not such a rage as yet like down south or other metros

Sound wise, I tend to differ wit you. Compared to TSi400s the striking difference I found with PM7V6 WAS the vocal deliverence. Which I found much clearer or say bolder than polks
