NAD 3020 for Sale @ 5K

Not attempting to campaign for the seller but this is the understanding that I have. The seller has a hi-fi dealership in Coimbatore. One of his clients had this NAD amp and a pair of speakers, which he purchased new and stored away without using it. He took the equipment out of storage and approached the seller to sell it for him. He was asking for 16k (as it was NOS) at first but usually NAD amps sell in the range of 8-9k, so when nobody offered to buy it at that price, the seller convinced the owner to drop the price to 9k. My dealings with the seller have been professional and cordial. However again, the intention is not to campaign or vouch for the seller. The idea is to inform our forum members of the availability, as NAD amps are in high demand and are not easy to find.

The same seller who sold the 3020 to Record Player has a NOS NAD 306 up for sale in what he calls mint condition. Was asking for 16K earlier so obvously nobody bought it, now he's ready to offer it for 9k as a clearance sale. Those interested can get his number form me (or perhaps, Record Player). No interest either personal or commercial in such transactions but sharing for the following reasons:

1. NAD amps are not easily available these days, good ones are extremely hard to find
2. NAD amps are a good deal, good start for those venturing out into the world of 2-channel hi-fi
3. Great amps for simple and content stereo listening
4. Love the brand and its products, want others to experience them as well

I think @andis is commenting about NAD 3020 seller or got confused the seller you have mentioned is the same one who is selling NAD 3020.
