yes Amazon's service is very good .I too have got my Blu-ray disk from them without any issues. However Barnes and Noble is not in the same league. My BBC Life Blu-rays disks are yet to reach me , they shipped it in December 2010.

Ordered two bluray BBC Life and Dirty Harry Collection on 16th march received 28th march. Customs duty free

My most recent order arrived a month later, mostly it'll be two weeks. WIth free shipping they are gettign a bit delayed. Please be patient, your orders will arrive, sometimes beyond the expected date as mentioned in Amazon UK.

Even ifyou don't get them at all, they will refund your money or give a replacement so no need to be alarmed.
