Hi all,

I am new to the forum & I am looking for a budget 32" HD ready TV from LG, Sony, Panasonic or Samsung. I have shortlisted Panasonic 410D & LG 563b. My key parameters are:
1) Good Display & Sound quality
2) Atleast 2 HDMI ports
3) 3.5mm jack (want to connect JBL 2.1 speakers)
4) Support for various video formats - mkv, avi, mp4
5) Product reliability

Specs wise both look good. I want to know which one would be better in terms of display quality.
Need your feedback & guidance.

Why not Sony?
Hi naivart,
Thanks for the reply. I finally bought LG563b. Sony was costing 4k extra & when I visited a physical store then I realised that display was only marginally better.
Panasonic has natural colours with great viewing angle. Colours look same from all angle.
Reasons for not picking Panasonic:
- 410D wasn't available at stores to see the actual display quality
- I wasn't sure if it had 3.5mm jack as I got a chance to check 401D(another model in same series) & it didn't have the headphone jack.
- all ports are located at the back
Reasons for LG:
- Nice picture & colours (not over saturated like few Samsung models)
- Easily available at stores to check all the features in person
- More service centres & presence. So, felt like a safe bet.
- All required ports are there
- Great price (~22k from Snapdeal). Mkt price is 25-26k.

I am happy with my purchase:). Display Quality is really good (HD content looks great). Under showroom lights, it may feel a bit dull compared to others but in home use scenario, display brightness is more than enough. It can also read 1TB hard disks quite smoothly. I have connected my JBL speakers as well. Only downside observed so far is regarding the viewing angle (though not a major issue). When you start moving sideways from the screen, colours start to fade away.
