Panasonic LED or Plasma V/S LG LED

Hello All

I am planning to a 42" buy LED , LG or Panasonic. In NO hurry though..
I had finalized LG 6500 but then I came across Panasonic current LED TVs. I liked them. But it seems they have some very good TVs planned to launch in plasma and LED. I am thinking of 42" ET50 or ET5 series. Their online specification looks good. Panny Plasma also looks very good.

So I would like your views
1) whether I should go Panny Plasma OR LG / Panny LED ?
2) if LED then Panasonic or LED ?
3) any idea what is the price range for Panny's new Plasma and LED TVs ?
